ALL BY MYSELF

There was I in the forest
All alone, no one to play
Pleased I would have been to hear
A few footsteps along the way

Soon I would have responded
'Yeah! Yeah' I'm here
And would have received a prompt reply
Preventing all my fear

All these thoughts came to my mind
that moment of fear I still remember
Keen though to meet someone
In that dreamy night of September

A WOMAN

A woman has two ears and two eyes,
Two hands, two legs, a nose and the truth lies
She has the same hear, hair and liver
Then why do you smile man & she shivers?

What does she have more than you man?
Only the ability to give birth to a son
You are the one who tortures her
But she gave you birth, remember?

BOOKS

I've many books
And they have pretty looks
But do you know why I wonder?
For scientists, doctors and cooks,
Upon them really ponder!

I know they cost a lot,
But the information they've got,
Spread knowledge like my lord
Making me reach the cliff
And achieve something in my life

BOUND TO FIND
 

Bound to find my heart
Beyond the bending sky
I know one who loves me
The God and parents mild
Bound to find my heart
Beyond the weather wild
The light breeze is so cheering
That it makes the trees sing
Bound to find my heart
Beyond the yonder stream
No time enough to stay
And watch the golden beam

CHRISTMAS PRAYER

O Lord, born on this great day
From you we learnt to pray
So please help us thee to say

Help us to be good, loving and kind
Keep us good in our studies
and give us a powerful mind

Bless our parents, friends and teachers
Bless the world, birds and the creatures

Give us hope, honesty and truth
Help us to choose the best in our youth

Lend blessings to every child, husband and wife
Help them to lead a happy and prosperous life

True friend is a friend
A friend who is near you
Pleased is he to know
All that is in you
Sometimes though you fight
Yet to compromise soon
Always in your heart
Pure love stay for him
Although you always say
That 'I don't like him'
Kind your heart accept
Internally the joy in you

Even my Favorite
It has opened a new Gate
To prevent wordly Hate

So even if it is Late
Overcome the attitude of Fate
And as God is Great
Get rid of any Threat

NATURE

Nature's got so much to tell
Oh My! I can't describe
That it has remedies to diseases which fell
All the doctors can't prescribe

People are not aware
Although the majority think they are
Since there are many drugs rare
You can't find them when driving in a car

A tree has a hundred uses
Please don't say 'I Know'
All that you know is nothing
That's only a list of your ego

Kind you be to nature, MAN !
It is the only one which says "YOU CAN"!

Save the Environment
It's the need of the hour
Use only non-renewable sources of power

Cutting down trees surely is a Crime
Trees rid the air
Of smoke and grime

To save the environment
There's a solution
Beware and avoid things
That cause pollution

SCIENCE CONFUSION

The hero of the tale I tell
Was a scientist named Mr. Bell
Trying very hard to invent a cell
Which would never fail

The new thing caught his sight
That too in the middle of the night
He thought he had got the light
Which would make his future bright

He looked at it up and down
Almost decided to call it a 'noun'
The detailed scrutiny set him to frown
For once again, he was away from the crown

The discovery was not a battery cell
But instead a RNA-DNA cell
Jumping from his 'Physics Research Cell'
Bell felt sure to fall in the 'Bio Cyber-Jail'

STREETS ... RIGHT

The way you go to office
And the way you go to school
Please don't say you're unaware
For if you are, you're a big fool

Streets are something you can't forget
You know there's where you meet
All your friends on the bus-stop; you
Proceed and take a seat

All the way in the night
The mosquitoes hovering in the light
Can't you remember that dreary fright
You got when it wasn't bright ?

UNIVERSAL TRUTH
 

Portrait of the Universe
As I looked in I swear
Towards the infinity was a person
Kind, good though surprisingly clear

I knew that I had seen
The able, everlasting omnipresent Truth
Almighty and the invisible there was
Protecting the world to make it smooth

Alliance of Lord came to my mind
Steadily I looked up at Him
Yet, somehow my lips sang
Alleuia in the occult dream
